As pioneers of the American thrash metal movement, Slayer and Megadeth were both formed in the early 80s.These two heavy metal bands are both originally from California and were both recently on tour promoting their latest albums but just announced the cancellation of their tour. Maybe all the head banging finally caught up with them?? If you've already purchased tickets, keep your eyes open for a rescheduled date- they've said they are working on rescheduling the tour. Slayer and Megadeth Show Cancelled
