All of us here at Ticket King got a good laugh yesterday when we received a phone call back from one of our customers. Yesterday was my day off but I was still lucky enough to hear the story when I got in to work this morning. Most companies don't call before shipping out their products to customers but here at Ticket King, we know how important it is for our customers to expect their package on a certain day, especially because a signature is required. So we ALWAYS call people to let them know when their package is shipping and we know how much people appriciate this. However, when Mary answered the phone yesterday, she was pretty surprised to hear a terrified woman that was worried that we were shipping chickens to her house, via Federal Express. She was extremely worried that the chickens would die if they were shipped using Federal Express. Fortunately, we advised her that we were actually shipping out the tickets she ordered, not the chickens. I'll bet she was pretty relieved.
