Minneapolis is ready for VIKINGS!

Vikings fans, did you hear? There will be a Vikings Steelers Game in London. The NFL announced Tuesday a second London game during the 2013 season, hosted by the Minnesota Vikings. The game will be played Sept. 29, 2013 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Worried about the time difference? Some consideration has been given to playing the games earlier than 6 p.m. local time (1 p.m. ET) to provide a television tripleheader beginning at, say, 10:30 a.m. in the eastern time zone.

We know it's not in Mpls, but it's still the Vikings! The Wembley National Stadium's address is Wembley, London HA9 0WS, United Kingdom. The 90,000-capacity venue (105,000 combined seating and standing) is the second largest stadium in Europe, and serves as England's national stadium. The stadium is also an annual regular season venue for the American National Football League's International Series, the first such venue outside North America. So, go Vikings!
