The child-centered rock band Imagination Movers formed in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2003. Imagination Movers started out as a television/music concept and soon built a sizable regional following by setting educational songs for kids to melodies and rhythms that adults could enjoy as well. They have released three indie CDs and a grass roots DVD titled "Stir It Up". Combined, the CDs and DVD have won them fourteen national awards from NAPPA and Parents Choice. The Imagination Movers will be coming to the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis the weekend of Fri. March 18 - Sun. March 20, with several different show times throughout the weekend.
